More Deadwood and Truffles!

Yummy Yummy Yummilious! That's how these truffles taste!
Ian McShane!
Does that name ring a bell!? Do you know who he is?
He is probably best known for his role of a historical figure, Al Swearengen, in the HBO series "Deadwood." At home, we have Showtime so we never got to see Deadwood while it was on TV. We have since rented the CDs from Netflix, and we're on Season 3, Disc 2 (I think). If you can get past the rather "spicy" language, you will LOVE the series. Based on historical figures and events with a little of Hollywood thrown in for good measure, Deadwood is thoroughly addicting.

The ONLY reason why I put Deadwood, SD, on our roadtrip itinerary was because of the series, Deadwood. I wanted to see it.
We even went to where Wild Bill Hickock, Calamity Jane, and Seth Bullock are buried in Deadwood; they are all characters in the series Deadwood also.

Ahhhh, I saved the best for last. Is he not gorgeous?
If you like Ian McShane (how can you NOT?)--be sure to watch "Kings" when it comes back on TV again, maybe in the spring?!
It's an NBC series based on the biblical story of David; Ian plays King Silas Benjamin.
I can't wait for the series to start back up again!
